Ex-MPA involved in teacher’s assault case arrested

LAHORE: The accused former MPA Aslam Mudhiana of Teacher assault case, who had escaped from court premises, has been arrested from Johar Town.

The former MPA had been indicted by courts for torturing an elderly teacher, fracturing the hapless teacher’s legs.

Aslam Mudhiana appeared before the Lahore High Court on Monday, but escaped after his bail was rejected. The police, however, managed to arrest him from Johar Town at night.

Aslam Mudhiana would be produced before the court on Wednesday.
