Pakistai Foreign Minister Khar refuses to give details of extradited Pakistanis



Hina Rabbani Khar has avoided giving details of extradited Pakistanis in her written reply in NA.

 In her written reply tabled in the National Assembly, Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar said that 13 non-carrier ambassadors and high commissioners were appointed on the direction of the Prime Minister in different countries including USA, Britain, India, China, Russia and UAE.

Hina in her reply told that non carrier envoys in different countries include, Sherry Rehman in USA, Wajid Shamasul Hassan in UK, Abdullah Haroon in UN, Jamil Ahmad Khan in UAE, Lt Gen (r) Muhammad Masood in Mexico, Shafqat Saeed in France, Masood Khan in China and Fauzia Abbas in Denmark.

According to the statement in the written reply, the number of Pakistanis under the detention of other countries is 121 in USA, 41 in Iraq and 867 in the UK.

The Foreign minister said in her written reply that these people were arrested on expiry of visas, overstay or other crimes in these countries. The written reply further said that a special cell has been established in the foreign ministry to resolve this issue.

However, Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar has avoided mentioning the real number of Pakistanis who were handed over to the United State by the government of Pakistan.
