Another Pakistani joint session on 20th to take up Pak-US ties
ISLAMABAD 17 MARCH
President Zardari has called another joint session of parliament on March 20.
Sources said that the parliamentary committee’s suggestions regarding review of Pak-US ties would be taken up in the joint session.
President Zardari already has met PM Gilani and COAS Gen Kayani a couple of days ago over the same matter.
Later, the Troika held a meeting with coalition partners and all had unanimously decided that the Pak-US ties review and Nato supply resumption would be decided by parliament in a joint session in light of recommendations of the parliamentary committee set up for the purpose.
The joint session starting on March 20 will continue for three days, said sources. th to take up Pak-US ties
