HCJP CONSTITUTES LARGER BENCH TO HEAR MEMO COMMISSION CASE.

                   The Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr. Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary has constituted a 09 member larger bench to be headed himself and comprising Hon’ble Mr. Justice Mian Shakirullah Jan, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Jawwad S. Khawaja, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Khilji Arif Hussain, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Tariq Parvez, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Amir Hani Muslim, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sh. Azmat Saeed to hear Constitution Petition Nos. 77-85 and 89 of 2011 (regarding the alleged memo delivered to Admiral Mike Mulen U.S Joint Chief Staff).

                   The Commission, constituted by this Court vide order dated 30.12.2011, has submitted its report on 11th June, 2012 in sealed covers, therefore, the matter has been fixed in Court for opening of the report and passing appropriate orders.

                   Notice to the petitioners through their counsel and the learned Attorney General have also been issued for 12th June, 2012.
