Ch Nisar dissatisfied with the Govt Commission constituted to probe Bhoja plane crash

ISLAMAMABAD APRIL 22
Opposition leader in the National Assembly‚ Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has said that the Judicial Commission to probe into Bhoja Plane crash should have to be constituted in consultation with the Supreme Court.

Talking to media in Islamabad on Sunday‚ he expressed his reservations over the Commission constituted by the government.

He proposed that a sitting judge should be a member of the commission. He alleged that government is searching for new tecting to hide its corruption. Chaudhry Nisar Ali said government neither recognizes the Parliament not judiciary and PML-N will not accept chairmanship of public account committee.
Meanwhile‚ Punjab Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif also criticized the judicial commission terming it as fraud, has urged the government to appoint judicial commission into the incident in consultation with the Chief Justice of Pakistan.

   PML-N leadership has rejected the judicial commission probing into the Koral plane crash.

Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, Opposition Leader in National Assembly Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan said that the government was not showing seriousness into the investigation of such a big tragedy that took more than 120 precious lives.

He criticized the formation of the judicial commission and said that it was established without the consultation of the Chief Justice of Pakistan.

Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif also criticized the judicial commission terming it as fraud. He said that the federal government was trying to fool the masses by forming a bogus judicial commission.
