IF YOU DARE BRING NO CONFIDENCE MOTION AGAINST ME ,PM GILANI/ / NO ONE CAN STOP HIM TO ATTEND THE SESSION OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY, PAK PRIME Speaking in the National Assembly

 Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has said nobody can disqualify him except the Speaker of the National Assembly‚ through the prescribed procedure in the Constitution.
Speaking in the National Assembly on Friday he said if parliament declared him disqualified he would accept that decision. He said the parliament is supreme and all decisions will be taken in it. All institutions derive strength from the parliament.
Referring to the remarks of the leader of the opposition in National Assembly yesterday‚ the Prime Minister said no one can stop him to attend the session of the house. He said if some one wants to remove him then they should bring no confidence motion against him in the house. He said he cannot be removed through conspiracies. He said he is the elected Prime Minister of 180 million people. He said the victory of a PPP candidate in Multan yesterday clearly shows that public still support them. He said the public vote is more powerful and we are here because of them.
Prime Minister Gilani said he was not sentenced by the Supreme Court on the charges of corruption or any crime. His crime is that he protected the Constitution of Pakistan. He said Pakistan Peoples Party is the creator of the 1973 constitution. We restored it and we will protect it. We will never work against the constitution.
The Prime Minister said his party worked with the PML-N not to derail the democracy and signed Charter of Democracy. He said with the departure of Mian Nawaz Sharif abroad the democracy suffered but we continued to protect it. He said we are equally distributing developmental funds to all parties without any discrimination.
Referring to the yesterday's judgement of the Supreme Court‚ Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani said that Law Minister and his counsel have clarified all the questions regarding the judgement. He said we will file an appeal against judgement.
He said all the Presidents enjoy immunity under the Vienna Convention. This an international law which is applicable throughout the world.
The Prime Minister said that they have strengthened the institutions and not weakened them. They were further strengthened through the 18th amendment. He said the politics of reconciliation should not be taken as weakness of the government.
