Islamabad; May 14, 2012: Dr. Fehmida Mirza, Speaker National Assembly has constituted a Special Committee on Missing Persons. Notification to this effect has been issued by the National Assembly Secretariat today.
The Speaker has constituted the Special committee in pursuance of resolution adopted by the National Assembly on 14th March, 2012. The Special Committee has been mandated to investigate the issue of Missing Persons.
The Committee will comprise of MNAs Mr. Abdul Qadir Patel, Dr. Attiya Inayatuallh, Mr. Sajid Ahmed, Mr. Himayatullah Mayar, Lt. Gen. (Retd) Abdul Qadir Baloch, Engineer Khurram Dastagir Khan, Mr. Naseer Bhutta and Maulana Atta ur Rehman
