Syed Samsam Ali Shah Bokhari, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting called on Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf at the PM House today and discussed prevailing political situation in the country.
Syed Samsan Shah Bokahri took up with the Prime Minister the chronic issue of properties of the Hindus, which are currently with Evacuee Trust Property Board. The Minister said that the Board was depriving people of their legitimate claims on property and this was causing resentment among the member of the minority community.
The Prime Minister directed the management of Evacuee Trust Property Board to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of the affected people at the earliest.
Later on, Syed Maratab Ali Kirmani, Baba Hakim Ali, Zakir Hussain, Chaudhry Anwer and Raja Khan also joined the meeting with the Prime Minister.
